Dashboard Wipe Formula
The dashboard formula uses a balanced cleaning system suitable for routine automotive interior cleaning. The existing product direction includes plant-derived surfactants and citrus extracts. During development, the cleaning concentration, lotion loading and surface residue are adjusted together to create a practical waterless wipe formula.
Leather Wipe Formula
The leather formula follows a milder formulation direction than the dashboard formula. Greater attention is given to surfactant strength, moisture control and compatibility with the specified leather material. The lotion level, fragrance and nonwoven softness can be adjusted according to the required product specification.
Glass Wipe Formula
The glass formula places greater emphasis on evaporation, visible residue and liquid distribution across the glass surface. Its lotion system can also include a film-forming, water-repellent direction where required. The formula and nonwoven substrate should be evaluated together to control marks, lint and remaining lotion after wiping.
